Parsley

Parsley compliments just about every dish including salads, vegetables, seafood, meats, soups and sauces. It is delicious eaten fresh or cooked. Parsley contains flavonoids that protect against free radicals. It is a good source of vitamin C, beta-carotene and folic acid. Grow in full sun/part shade. Keep moist but not wet. Clip leaves as needed. Height 12". Biennial
