Beard Grass
This grass rocks my world. I love it.
Somewhat fountain like ribbons of blueish foliage take on purple and reddish highlights in late summer.
Fall brings more color with oranges, pinks, purples and reds accented by silvery seed heads. This medley of color then blends to an excellent shade of copper in the winter. Magnificent to watch.
Full sun. Good drainage. Height and spread 2-4' . Will self sow but seedlings are easily removed. Native.
